How to activate Windows Server 2019 EVAL to Server 2019 Standard using MAK/VLSC
In the case that you lost your original Server 2019 VLSC ISO, you can download the EVAL ISO directly from Microsoft and install as normal. Once installed run the below two commands in command prompt to get and select an edition to activate.
I will be activating standard. Replace Set-Edition and ProductKey with the edition you will be activating.
DISM.exe /Online /Get-TargetEditions
DISM.exe /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:N69G4-B89J2-4G8F4-WWYCC-J464C /AcceptEula| Windows Server Edition | MAK Key |

Note: It will be slow at around the 10% mark. Give it a little bit of time and activation will eventually complete.
